Convention Schedule At-a-Glance

Tuesday, August 12

• 2:00–6:00 pm: Convention Check-in

• 7:00 pm: Welcome Reception (Ticket Required)
  Kick off the week with delicious food, drinks, and live music!
  Featuring: Brian on Keyboard—known for his lively group performances and interactive musical twists.

• Evening: Hospitality Suites open for mingling and refreshments.

Wednesday, August 13

• Morning: Convention Sessions Begin

• 11:30 am: Presidents & Spouses Luncheon (Ticket Required)

• Afternoon: Meetings & Sessions

• 5:30 pm: Cultural Event (Details coming soon!)

• Evening: Hospitality Suites hosted by Grand Lodges.

• Late Night: Future of the Order (FOTO) hosts hallway bocce and hospitality bar—always a blast!

Thursday, August 14

• Morning: Breakout Sessions—learn, connect, and grow

• 11:30 am: Dr. Vincenzo Sellaro Award Luncheon (Ticket Required)

• Evening: Family-Friendly Tombola Night!
  Enjoy a traditional Italian game, espresso, and pizzelle—fun for all ages!

• Hospitality Suites and late-night bocce & bar continue!

Friday, August 15

• Morning: Breakout Sessions & Officer Elections

• 11:30 am: Sports Award Luncheon (Ticket Required)

• Afternoon: Election Results & Special Presentations

• 4:00–5:00 pm: FOTO Forum Presentation
  See what the “Future of the Order” has in store!

• Evening: Special Event hosted by Grand Lodge of New York (Invitation Only)

• Hospitality Suites and late-night bocce & bar!

Saturday, August 16

• Morning: Final Sessions & Installation of National Officers

• 4:00 pm: Closing Plenary Session

• 5:00 pm: Celebration of Holy Mass

• 7:00–11:00 pm: Marconi Award Reception & Dinner (Ticket Required)
  An elegant night with a live band, dancing, and our highest honor—dress to impress and dance the night away!

• Hospitality Suites open for late-night celebration and farewells.
